BizAgent

How it works

From a customer message to your WhatsApp, in six steps.

Your team keeps answering customers as usual. BizAgent reads every conversation alongside them, notices what is waiting, slow or going wrong, and tells you. If you want to step in, it drafts the reply and asks you before anything goes out.

The big picture

One system, three jobs: understand, sort, track.

  1. Messages arrive

Customer WhatsApp, Gmail and Google Calendar, plus every reply your team sends, flow into BizAgent.

  2. 1 · Understand

Each message is read in Urdu, Roman Urdu, English or Arabic and summarised.

  3. 2 · Sort

It goes into your own categories with a lead score and urgency.

  4. 3 · Track & alert

Every query and lead is tracked until your team replies. Slow replies, complaints and hot leads trigger your rules.

  5. Your WhatsApp and dashboard

Alerts, a daily report and answers to your questions on your own WhatsApp; the full picture on the dashboard.

  6. When you step in

Ask BizAgent to reply and it drafts the message. The draft waits for your OK, in the dashboard or on your WhatsApp.

  7. Approved send + audit log

Only after YES is it sent from your number or Gmail, and logged.

1 · Understand

Each WhatsApp message, email and calendar event is stored and read. BizAgent detects the language, including mixed Urdu, Roman Urdu, English and Arabic, and writes a short summary.

2 · Sort

The message is placed in one of your categories, gets a lead score from 0 to 100 with the reason, and is checked for urgency, such as an angry customer or a payment problem.

3 · Track & alert

Every support query and lead is tracked until your team replies, and first-reply time is measured. Your rules alert you when something waits too long, flag complaints and create tasks. Want to step in? Ask for a reply and BizAgent drafts it. Each action is either Ask me first (the default) or Automatic, your choice per action.

A real example

Follow one message through BizAgent.

A property agency in Lahore gets a WhatsApp at 9:15 pm. Three agents answer that number. Here is what happens.

  1. 1

A customer writes to your business number

Nothing changes for the customer. They message your business on WhatsApp as they always have, on the number your team answers.

    Customer

Salam, 10 marla plot DHA phase 6 mein dikha sakte hain? Budget 6 crore, Saturday ko visit kar sakta hoon.

  2. 2

BizAgent reads, sorts and scores it

Within seconds the message is stored, the language is detected (Roman Urdu) and it goes into your category “Buyer lead”. Budget, location and a visit date push the lead score to 91: hot.

    BizAgent

    • Roman Urdu
    • Buyer lead
    • Lead 91 · hot
    • Summary: plot enquiry, DHA 6, 6 crore, visit Saturday
  3. 3

    Your team is busy

It is a busy evening. The chat sits among 60 unread messages on the shared number, and nobody has replied yet.

    Your team

No reply yet · waiting 30 min

  4. 4

    BizAgent notices the wait

Your rule “Hot lead with no reply after 30 minutes → alert me” fires. BizAgent keeps tracking the lead until a reply appears in the chat, from any phone your team uses.

    BizAgent

    • Unanswered 30 min
    • Alert sent to owner
  5. 5

You decide on your own WhatsApp

Your private BizAgent chat shows the lead, why it scored 91 and how long it has waited. You can nudge your team, or step in: tell BizAgent what to say and it drafts the reply in Ali's language, then waits for your send, edit or cancel.

    Your WhatsApp

BizAgent: 🔥 Hot lead (91) waiting 30 min with no reply: Ali, 10 marla DHA 6, budget 6 crore, wants a Saturday visit. You: Message Ali, confirm Saturday 11am site visit. BizAgent: Draft: “Walaikum assalam Ali sahab, Saturday 11 baje site visit confirm hai.” Reply send, edit or cancel. You: send

  6. 6

    Answered, logged and counted

After your send the reply goes out from your business number and the audit log records who approved what, and when. The lead is marked answered and its 32-minute wait goes into your reply-time report.

    Customer

Walaikum assalam Ali sahab, Saturday 11 baje site visit confirm hai.

Getting started

Set up once, in about 15 minutes.

  1. Step 1

    Join the pilot

Message us on WhatsApp or email. We set up your account with you on one short call.

  2. Step 2

    Connect your business WhatsApp

Connect the number your team already uses by scanning a QR code (free; we explain the small risk of WhatsApp restrictions first). On the official Cloud API? Connect a webhook on your own Meta developer app; your support tool must also forward the replies it sends. We check with a test reply that your team's replies are seen.

  3. Step 3

    Sign in with Google

One Google sign-in connects Gmail, Google Calendar and Contacts. You can disconnect at any time.

  4. Step 4

    Set up your private agent

Create the BizAgent chat on your own WhatsApp (Settings → Agents) and paste its key. No agent yet? Alerts come to your email instead.
